You may NOT:

Upload materials to other platforms

Teach or resell this system as your own

Use content to create competing programs

Violation = immediate termination + legal action.

9. License (What They CAN Do)

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to:

Use content inside your own martial arts school

Train your staff internally

That’s it. No resale. No redistribution.

10. Account Sharing (Big One for You)

Accounts are for individual business use only

You may NOT:

Share with other school owners

Share logins publicly or privately

Allow access outside your organization

Violation results in:

Immediate termination

No refund

Potential legal action

Student growth

Business success

Your results depend on:

Effort

Implementation

Market conditions

12. Limitation of Liability
